Internet Cafe

 Hi:

I have been corresponding with a woman from Ukraine for the past month or so. The letters have been great nothing of the sort of falling in love but looks genuine.

Now she says that she needs money to use the Internet. How much does it cost to use the Internet cafe in Ukraine? $1 per hour?

I don't want to send any money now but would like to understand what it costs so that if she asks for more money than it costs, then I know that it is a scam?

Any help is appreciated.
