My bad experience with anastasiaweb
I am on the marriage agency Anastasiaweb since October 2004. Since this date I received 700 emails. I wrote on my profil 18-26 years for the woman I search and often woman from 26 to 34 years old write me. I know the first letter is the same for all the men and they change only the name(Dear John, Dear Michel,...). I investigate and I know it is software who generate email for first letter. Often when I respond to woman who choosed me I have no answers because it is software who send first letter not woman. I had contact with 40 womans. When I ask for post letter because anastasiaweb expensive for me I received this answers:
-I don't want relation with men who don't want spend few dollards for letter.
-Anasastasiaweb is free for me
-Post letter is too slow
My reaction? Post letter is not too slow because post letter Ukraine to Belgium is 7 days and sometime 4 days for get it. Save few dollards? I spent 600 dollards with anastasiaweb. When I ask woman for send post letter with phone number she insist:call me with anastasia system is easy. Easy yes but very expensive. I have home adress from my contact. I sent 12 post letter with email, phone,...
And I received only 2 answers. The first answer with phone number and email. I sent email to this woman and no answers. I called this woman but this numbers doesn't exist. For the second contact, I received post letter and mobile phone. I spoke with this woman. This woman say to me: I don't choosed you. and me: me too I don't choosed you. I put 3 photos on anastasia but she told me: I saw only one. I ask for another photos because I have only one photo and she told me: I put 3 photos. I contacted anastasiaweb and I wrote: you are on the blacklist in scams agency why? They respond:You can see it is our competitor with banner from our competitor. I asked anastasia:
I sent 12 post letters with very good contact and I get only two answers. And this woman wrote: I will send post letters. Your woman are real?
They respond: womans don't promiise post letter to you
I responded:It is not true, she promised post letter and this is the copy of the email who proove it.
They responded: we will investigate
I sended 4 emails about news for investigation and they never responded. Now I don't know if I will attack anastasiaweb for fraud. If you have good or bad experience about this agencies contact me:ferdi_bet@yahoo.fr

I've used Anastasia's services for about a year...
I’ve used Anastasia’s services for about a year and a half now and my experience, well I’ve had quite a bit of success. I don’t know what you were doing wrong but it seems like something of a smear here. The ladies I write are pretty good at writing back, and they certainly seem to be enjoying it like me. It’s possible that their system isn’t right for everyone, and I see it as way to obtain addresses to write by snail mail to the women. They might not be cheap but they seem to do a good job getting the letters translated and delivered. If your’e looking to find a lot of ladies that want to be your penpal through snial mail, you can probably find other ways to go about it. I consider the program to be an elite one. This spring, when I finally found the time to make a trip to the Ukraine, I was pleasantly surprised that everything actually turned out to be better than I imagined. Of course, some of the ladies were a bit shier in person than they were in their letters, but I made some good true contacts. I think that the guys think that the ladies should be ready to pack up there bags and ship out after a couple letters. And that’s a little unfair. They should get a little more respect than that. I got a pretty good feeling for what the ladies are like in their letters but when I met them in person I realized that it really is a big deal to try to make a serious international relationship. Anyway, just want to say that these guys have been doing a good job.

No phone number it is a scam
Brian if you have been using the service for a year and a half it does not seem like it is working for you.
Let me ask you about how many women did you talk to on the phone? I bet ZERO. Anstasia Web does not let phone numbers go to or from guys. This was you never find out that an employee is writing letters. Letters you pay each time for. Any one who would use a service where the women are not allowed to give out thier phone numbers is a scam. Bottom line if you have sent one or more letters and the women has not given you her phone number that is because she and her service is a scam.

U can get her phone number and email!
Anastasiaweb has worked well for me for over 1.5 yrs. The secrets are:
1. Understand that Anastasiaweb works with many many different and independent small agencies. Any fraud that occurs, is by a very few of these independent agencies, or some of the women signed with them. And remember, sometimes fraud may occur.
2. Any woman who is accused of fraud by Anastasiaweb clients, is immediately blacklisted by Anastasiaweb, even if she is wrongly accused. (Anastasia knows who it is that pays the freight for their service.)
3. Always ignore all unsolicited mail from any women on Anastasiaweb. These are sent not by Anastasia, nor by the women,... but by the various agencies who represent the women, and who get money if a correspondence is started. This kind of introduction fraud IS allowed by Anastastiaweb. But it is the only type of fraud that I am aware of by them.
4. The best way to meet legit women, is to:
A. Write and send your own intro letter to the woman you choose. Allow up to 2 weeks or even more for the letter's translation, delivery and her response.
B. Once you get a positive response, immediately initiate a phone call to this woman thru Anastasiaweb phone services. Yes, they are expensive, but they work on their own, independently, in Moscow, and are very honest. You will only need their expensive services once.
C. Once you connect via phone, get the woman's email address, mailing address and phone number from her. This IS all allowed over the phone only, with Anastasiaweb phone services. Once you have this information there are many options to use to continue correspondence. If you enjoy writing long emails that need to be translated, Anastaisiaweb does it for a very cheap price compared to privately hiring a private personal translator. To me computer online translators are an insult to the woman. Once you have the woman's phone number, there are many lower cost phone translator services available other than Anastasiaweb's phone service.
D. Always ask the woman to exchange new, more casual photos with her. The professional photos with the agencies, are often very very old and improved. These new photos can be exchanged directing by the exchanging of emails addresses from the first phone call.
E. Also once you have the woman's mailing address, you can send flowers to her via a floral/ delivery service that will also take the woman's photos as she is receiving the flowers. Make sure that the flowers look the same as what you ordered. (Anastasiaweb does not provide this photo service, but many other russian/ ukraine florists do.) This way you can compare the woman's current appearence to those in her agency photos.
5.. You are now on your own... good luck!

agency write the letters
I went on a tour and none of the women I corresponded with new who I was at the socials.
They said they never saw any on my letters, the translator told me that the agency does the Reponses.
The next day I sent a letter to a lady I met at the social, I included my photo and information.
I got a nice letter back a few hours later saying how she would love to meet me. Interesting since I had spent all night with her and she was with me when I got the response.

Sounds like Anastasiaweb has BrianT36 and baMbaM working overtime. Though it must be nice to get way from those boring form letters they send to all of us.
I hate to be so sarcastic, but I have only been on Anastasiaweb a short while and have already received nearly 400 letters (do the math). I have received so many encouraging letters (beyond the first form letter). Things were going so well with a couple of the ladies I invited them to dinner with me when I was in there cities. I happen to travel to Russia & Ukraine regularly in my work. Guess what? When they suddenly found out I was going to be in there city, they lost interest immediately. I tried all the hints and tricks to get emails and phone numbers, but these same ladies who "really loved hearing from me" couldn't manage to contact me outside of Anastasiaweb's pricing plan.....
Yes there are probably a few actual ladies available on their website but I think you would have to spend many hundreds of dollars to even make serious contact with one.
