HELP!

 I gave a tour company a deposit and then heard some bad things about that company. How can I get my money back. HELP!

 If you used a credit card you can charge it back. Contact the tour company, a reputible company will refund your money as long as you do it at least 30 days before the tour. By the way who is the company?
